Perfect size for my post-workout shakes — the 700ml holds a full serving plus ice, and the mixing ball actually gets rid of most of the clumps. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks now and it's held up great in the dishwasher.

The mixing ball actually works—no more powdery lumps stuck at the bottom of my shake. I can toss in a scoop and water, give it ten seconds, and it comes out smooth every time.

The 700ml capacity is perfect for my post-workout shakes—one fill and I’m set for the whole session. Even with thick protein powder, the mixing ball keeps things smooth without any chalky bits at the bottom.
